      2018年12月17日起,CISSL職業清單正式生效,這份職業清單上大部分是建筑、工程、電子通訊類職業,技工、工程師偏多,對學歷要求不高,技工類職業大部分要求職業資格證或大專,但工程師類職業要求本科工程學位,且要到新西蘭工程師協會IPENZ做職業注冊。職業在CISSL清單上的好處是申請工作簽證的速度較快,且對工作經驗要求不高,多為三年。

      從12月17日起,原有的坎特伯雷職業清單將被廢除。

      從2018年12月17日起,新西蘭將實施一個全新的職業清單Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List,簡稱CISSL,翻譯成中文是“建筑和基礎設施職業短缺列表。適用于申請新西蘭重要技術工作簽證(Essential Skills Work Visa),允許申請人在新西蘭工作最長5年,取決于新西蘭公司雇傭你的時間。配偶和子女可隨行到新西蘭工作、學習和生活。


      職業在此清單上的人申請新西蘭工作簽證可簡化申請程序,較快的獲得工作簽證。但申請新西蘭技術移民時,不能獲得額外加分。


      CISSL列表包括目前已在坎特伯雷技能短缺列表上的所有職業,以及即時緊缺職業列表上與建筑相關的職業。從12月17日起,原有的坎特伯雷職業清單將被廢除。

      查看新西蘭CISSL基礎設施職業短缺列表前,需要了解的問題有:


      1. 學歷要求:中國學歷需在新西蘭學歷認證機構NZQF做學歷認證,認證后的學歷,需要與表格內的新西蘭學歷在同一級別。

      2. 工作經驗要求:凡是提到“ post-qualification work experience ”,均指獲得相關學歷后的工作經驗,在未取得學歷前的工作經驗不算。


      3. 特殊專業學位要求:


      (1)凡是提到“Washington Accord accredited undergraduate engineering degree”,表示要求獲得的工程學位必須是華盛頓協議認可的本科工程學位,并且這個學位必須是在中國成為華盛頓協議簽約國之后頒發的。具體查詢網址:ttp://www.ieagreements.org/Washington-Accord/Accredited.cfm

      4. 職業注冊要求:所有工程學位都要到新西蘭IPENZ機構注冊,全稱為Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand Incorporated
